Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with Norton Rickett. We were left with no communication for weeks on end to then be told we would be unable to progress with the sale before our mortgage offer expired. I was ignored on many occasions and as first time buyers they made what should have been an exciting process a negative and stressful one. Fortunately we were able to progress with another house through a different estate agents in our short time frame. Really poor.

It took a while to sell, but that was no reflection on Norton Rickett, purely the state of the market for our size of property. The efforts of Nick, Paul and Louise were certainly above and beyond the "call of duty", especially when they eventually found our buyer. The process to exchange of contracts was difficult & numerous issues reared their heads in a chain of "5". All were dealt with & finally it all came together. All credit to Nick, Paul & Louise whose professionalism and dogged determination to achieve the right sale for The Retreat was first class.
