3 of 4 meals ordered were inedible. Dreadful. Every dish even Korma too hot to eat! We hadn't ordered from them since they closed down and reopened. We won't be ordering again. What a waste of money and food. Disgraceful. Chef clearly an incompetent. I have ordered food which we have not enjoyed from other places before but never ordered food which was so bad that we could not eat it at all. The one star I have given was not deserved,.
The food was so hot it was inedible. Bombay aloo shouldnt be hot.... take it from someone who lived on currys in Bradford at uni. My meal was a poor quality curry covered up by making it seriously hot . As was my partners. Will be going back to onkars thank you . Million times better
Food tasted good but the portions were miniscule and the food was pretty much cold when it arrived and one of the dishes was not what we ordered. Won't be going back .
We never knew of Surma or knew any indian takeaway that delivered to our area until a leaflet came today. We thought wed give them a try and ordered 4 different meals and every meal was absolutely delicious. Well definitely be ordering again soon. Thanks
Just ordered and eaten our first, ( but definitely not our last), meal from Surma. The village we live in isnt well served by restaurants/takeaways so when we received a flyer though the door we thought it was worth a chance.We were not disappointed, it arrived in about the 40 minutes suggested and all 4 meals we ordered were fantastic!! Good service, good sized portions and more importantly it tasted superb! Well done and thank you!!
