Very friendly place, not your usual gym. Great fitness classes. Personal trainers are on hand all day. I'm not a gym person but now going 5 / 6 times per week.

I'd never walked into a gym before, I need not have worried the guys at Oundle gym made me feel right at home. They have the right blend of professional and friendly. I would recommend anyone esp those like me who were previously gym shy. Currently they are adding extra space which should be open early 2018 which will be most welcome.
