I have recently gone back to Serenity after quite some time but the service is just as amazing as I remember.Especially Hannah the beautician, I have been 3/4 times now for my gel nails and I have yet to be disappointed! Extremely friendly, easy to get on with and really takes pride in her work. Cant wait for my next appointment!
This was my first visit and i was really treated well . Jes was really cool and she explained what she was to do at every step . She confirmed that i am OK and happy at all the steps and then she moved on to next . Good value for money. Would definitely recommend .
Extremely impressed with this salon.A friend told me about Serenity and its creche while I was moaning about my childcare issues preventing my neglected locks from getting some tlc Initially a little apprehensive due to the challenges my disabled toddler presents to childcare providers I was relieved to find the crche staff attentive, experienced and capable of accommodating my daughters complex needs. I was further reassured by monitoring her from a screen in the salon..great idea!Great cut, good products, helpful advice and already looking forward to my next appointment.
Last week was the first time I've had my hair done here. I can honestly say for the first time ever I left a salon and didn't feel the need to tweak or brush into my usual style. Natalie did a fabulous job with colour, cut and style and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!
Ashleigh done an amazing job with my hair as per usual shes an absolute gem! And my son had an amazing time in the play room and was looked after for an hour (his first time away from me) and I got to watch him on a screen! Couldnt of had a better person to have looked after him for the hour, she was amazing Thank you ladies
